Krakow's market square dates back to the 13th century and is the largest medieval town square in Europe, and has been voted the best market square in the world. Is was designed to attract crowds because merchants sold their goods in the square, and still today merchants sell their goods there.
In Krakow, we met up with Ola, our Polish friend who is in Andy's class. She showed us around the city and told us much about Poland's history. There's nothing better than visiting a foreign country with one of its locals.
